Restless Legs Syndrome is a common cause of sleeplessness and anxiety and can result from simple things such as excess caffeine or insufficient exercise.
One of the remedies that seems to be in big circulation has been the bar of soap under the mattress trick. Apparently, this really works. Pop the soap in an old sock. Many have stated that they have used ‘Ivory’ Soap but others have also said any soap works.
On a side note, we have personally experienced restless legs and found this Chi Machine fixed the issue. This machine is actually designed for 15-minute stints and in that time you will have done the equivalent of 10,000 steps.
This is great for those that are time poor but want to keep their activeness up. It also moves everything around in your body leaving you feeling refreshed.
Whilst it is not specifically designed for restless legs, we found it worked a treat. It’s great for relaxing and uses a fish tail motion to swing your body. If you have back issues you should check with your Doctor before using. It’s simply something we use and have had great results with. Check it out here
